My dog Sammy sleeping on his bed in our den on a recent night. I thought the photo was a little on the plain side and tried converting it to black and white. That was slightly better, but I started playing around with Filterstorm on my iPad and posterized the photo -- which I think helps bring out some of the color and give it a little more dreamy and interesting feel. I tried achieving the same results with Photoshop on my laptop and couldn't do it. So chalk one up to Filterstorm and the iPad, even if it's a lesser resolution.
